this post is a part of the homework we got to intro ourslvs here.So im doing it...
and i would like to make suggestion here...
Lets talk to our concerned heads.. the headmistresses/principals/etc. of our resprctive branches, to copmletly eradicate the paper form of circulars and start using google groups/blogs (as per our requirement) foe sending various notices to the parents of our students. we must suggest them to begin with this from the very starting of the coming up session.... as a part of it we must ask all the parents to give their email ids to the respective class teacher.... we must start the process asap.
Sooner the better and easier..:-)

It is also essential that we must become adept at using these two modes of communication till that process begins.. Lets say we must be good at driving the car on roads with less traffic before we take it out in the city..
